Parking

Parking limited to one (1) vehicle per room. Park on the far left of the driveway, and leave room for cars to exit the carport easily. Do not park on the sidewalk outside of the gate.

Smoking

Absolutely no smoking inside the house, or The Loft. Smoking is permitted on the dock only, never on the patios. Please dispose of your fully extinguished cigarette in trash receptable.  A smoking decontamination fee of $500 will be assessed if you or any member of your party smokes indoors on the property.

Lakeview Deck & Dock

Enjoy our expansive deck overlooking Clear Lake and vistas of Mount Konocti. Bring a good book or a pair of binoculars, and relax surrounded by nature and dozens of bird species. Bring a fishing pole and drop a line from the dock then, grill up your catch of the day on the gas grill. You can bring your boat too, and tie up steps from your accommodations.  
NO DIVING FROM DOCK.

Communal Spaces & Amenities

Our spacious kitchen is equipped with modern, gourmet appliances. Store your food in the refrigerator, cook your meals - indoors, or outside on the gas grill.

Start your day with a Continental Breakfast of bagels, cream cheese, and orange juice. Brew a compostable San Francisco Bay French Roast coffee pod in our Keurig and relax at the counter. Or step outside an sit on the expansive lake view deck and take it all in. There are worse ways to start the day.

Keys are located in the lockbox on the right side of the pedestrian gate.
